Email is normally read every evening and I normally try to reply to all email within 24 hours however if you email me from your work email address on a Friday you may not see my reply until Monday morning when you return to work
If you have sent me an email and NOT received a reply within 48 hours then there is a distinct possibility that either I havent received your email or You havent received my reply. To avoid the possibility of me accidently deleting your message as SPAM please use a meaningful subject with "KAT5" included if possible.
I take email VERY seriously and will resend a message if I think that you may not have received it. Typically this would be where someone has asked for a quotation and after replying I hear nothing back. I fully understand that not everyone may wish to complete an order but I would appreciate a quick "thanks for the quote but I have decided to wait a while" message so that I dont waste my time and yours by resending the email.
If you would prefer to discuss something over the phone then please email me and I will supply a number that you can contact me on in the evenings between 20:00 and 22:00 UK Time
