Important Information Regarding Email
The recent increases in Spam Emails and Virus Emails have led to various ISP's and individuals taking measures to protect themselves agains such messages and viruses.

One unfortunate side effect of this is that a certain amount of genuine email can be rejected as spam either because the sender or their ISP has been temporarily blacklisted. Because the vast majority of virus initiated emails spoof the "from" address, innocent people were receiving failed delivery notices from ISP's.

Due to the huge amounts of traffic generated by failure notices these now tend to be blocked as well meaning that if I reply to your email and for some reason or another it fails to reach you I probably wont know about it.

Email is normally read every evening and I normally try to reply to all email within 24 hours however if you email me from your work email address on a Friday you may not see my reply until Monday morning when you return to work

If you have sent me an email and NOT received a reply within 48 hours then there is a distinct possibility that either I havent received your email or You havent received my reply. To avoid the possibility of me accidently deleting your message as SPAM please use a meaningful subject with "KAT5" included if possible.

I take email VERY seriously and will resend a message if I think that you may not have received it. Typically this would be where someone has asked for a quotation and after replying I hear nothing back. I fully understand that not everyone may wish to complete an order but I would appreciate a quick "thanks for the quote but I have decided to wait a while" message so that I dont waste my time and yours by resending the email.

If you would prefer to discuss something over the phone then please email me and I will supply a number that you can contact me on in the evenings between 20:00 and 22:00 UK Time
