KAT5 Products - The Small Print

Ordering	To order any KAT5 products please Email KAT5 Sales. I need your name and address and details of what you want to order and I will reply with details of expected delivery date and payment details.
Delivery	KAT5 units are currently built to order. Orders for standard units will be built when the order is received and will normally be dispatched within 2 weeks subject to payment being received. Orders for Custom units will not be started until payment has been received and are normally dispatched within 4 weeks. Please Note: Large orders may take slightly longer to complete. If I anticipate that your order will not be delivered within the "normal" timeframe I will let you know.
Technical Support	First Line Technical Support for KAT5 products is available either via the KAT5 mailing list or Email KAT5 Support. You will normally receive a response to your question within 24 hours. For more complex support problems telephone contact details will be supplied on request. If you prefer to discuss a problem please supply a contact telephone number and details of times when it is convenient to call.
Warranty	All KAT5 products carry a full 1 Year Return to Base warranty from the last day of the month supplied. eg For units supplied during January the warranty will run until the end of the following February.
Payment	At the moment I can only accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer or NOCHEX but hope to offer credit card payment sometime in the future. KAT5 Products will not be shipped until payment has been received and cheques cleared. I will NOT request payment until I am in a position to be able to supply what you want within a reasonable timeframe. I understand that we all lead busy lives these days but I would appreciate prompt payment once I have confirmed your order. If you have to wait until Payday before you can afford to pay, thats fine as long as you tell me. Standard units will be ready to be shipped once your payment arrives. I dont have time to chase up orders so any payments outstanding 30 days after placing your order will result in that order being cancelled unless you have notified me otherwise.
